For my senior thesis, I have created the first chapter of a new sci-fi comic book, Mi Hermana Loca.

Follow 10-year-old Dulce and her older sister Neon and their rollercoaster relationship! This story revolves around the concept of family, the importance of sticking together, and that freedom does not mean being alone.

The idea of siblings staying together, even beyond space, takes the two main characters spiraling through the galaxy when aliens crash into Earth and need a way back home.
